These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 98fb ("98fb", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 2Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on 98fb. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If 98fb detects or reasonably suspects that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held within them may be forfeited pending investigation. When registering your account, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your legal name and Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 98fb will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your username and password secure.
• You must notify 98fb immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, suspected theft of your credentials, or any security breach that may affect your account.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or its contents to any other person under any circumstances.

98fb reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it determines, at its sole discretion, to be in breach of these Terms, to be associated with fraudulent activity, or to present an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed under these circumstances, any pending bonus amounts may be voided.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 98fb are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 98fb does not charge currency conversion fees on transactions made by Bangladesh players using supported local payment methods. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds deposited from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the transaction being flagged for review.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are set out in the applicable cashier section of the platform. 98fb reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and used solely for the purpose of funding your gaming activity on the platform.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests withheld until the verification process is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of player accounts.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take longer.
• 98fb reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification checks, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the player's typical transaction history or where suspicious activity has been detected on the account.

Players are responsible for any applicable taxes or levies on their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. 98fb does not withhold, collect, or remit taxes on behalf of players.

4Bonuses and Promotions

98fb offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued. Sharing, transferring, or otherwise distributing bonus funds between accounts is prohibited.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, per device, and per IP address. 98fb reserves the right to withhold welcome bonus payouts where it reasonably suspects that a player has previously held an account on the platform.
• 98fb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively participating, any progress toward the rollover requirement will be honoured up to the point of cancellation.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion will expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotion's individual terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

The use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or any form of software assistance to exploit bonus offers or gain an unfair advantage in wagering is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

5Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

98fb is committed to maintaining a fair, honest, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in immediate investigation, account suspension, or permanent closure:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results, including chip dumping or any form of coordinated wagering scheme.
• Use of exploits, software vulnerabilities, or technical loopholes to gain a financial advantage over the platform or other players.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the platform to cycle illegally obtained funds through deposits and withdrawals.
• Abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behaviour directed toward 98fb staff or other players, whether through in-platform communication channels or by any other means.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the platform's systems, servers, databases, or networks in any way, including denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks, or unauthorised scraping.

Where 98fb determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bets and game rounds associated with the account during the relevant period, close the account permanently, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

6Intellectual Property

All content available on the 98fb platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, interface designs, and structural layouts — is the intellectual property of 98fb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws. No content from the 98fb platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted without the prior written consent of 98fb or the respective rights holder.

The 98fb name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of 98fb. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, promotional materials, or any commercial context — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98fb, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or gaming credits arising from technical failures, server outages, connectivity issues, or any other interruption to platform availability that is beyond 98fb's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even where 98fb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the 98fb platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, match previews, or promotional material.

In all cases, 98fb's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8Privacy and Data Protection

98fb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the 98fb Privacy Policy. Your personal data will be used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver customer support, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

98fb implements SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and our servers. 9Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of 98fb after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes.
